Teen stance, guard and cue response

Start with the positions that make every later action easier to understand.

10 minEasy
Open session

Before the round: An adult checks the fixed mount, floor clearance and target reach, then stays present.

  1. Warm up shoulders and rehearse a balanced stance for 2 minutes.
  2. Practice guard, one straight punch and a full return without chasing speed.
  3. Complete 3 × 60 seconds of light single-punch cue work with 45 seconds recovery.
  4. Use one coaching cue per round: balance, wrist position or return to guard.
  5. Finish with one easy round where stopping immediately matters as much as hitting.

Progress when: the teenager can identify the cue, align the punch, recover guard and remain balanced across all three rounds.

Accuracy before speed

Use the 75% target as a reason to make cleaner decisions—not to swing faster.

12 minEasy
Open session
  1. Complete one slow practice round in Train mode.
  2. Start a Challenge round and keep the first attempt controlled.
  3. After the result, choose one adjustment: guard, reach or pace.
  4. Repeat twice and compare the quality of the attempts, not only the score.

Progress means the movement stays organized while accuracy improves.

Take-turn challenge

One person completes the round while the next watches from a clear area, then they switch.

  1. Agree on the same difficulty and number of attempts.
  2. Person one completes a full single-user Challenge round.
  3. Reset the area and hand over the gloves.
  4. Person two completes the next round; compare personal attempts after both finish.

This is turn-taking, not simultaneous two-player play. Use one installation only for users with a suitable similar reach.

Train with your own soundtrack

Let music shape the feel of the room while the trainer provides independent cues.

12 minEasy–moderate
Open session
  1. Choose music with a feel that helps you begin; it does not need to match the cue timing.
  2. Complete 3 × 2-minute controlled Train rounds.
  3. Use 60 seconds between rounds to reset breathing and guard.
  4. Finish with one slower round focused on clean returns.

The user sets the movement rhythm; Bluetooth music and device prompts run independently.

Beginner cue combinations

Connect straight punches without letting the second action erase the first one’s form.

15 minModerate
Open session
  1. Warm up, then rehearse jab and cross slowly.
  2. Complete 4 × 90 seconds of cue work with 60 seconds recovery.
  3. Make the return to guard visible after every combination.
  4. End with a single-punch accuracy round.

Keep the feet under the body and stop adding speed when the return becomes rushed.

30/10 boxing HIIT

Use the product’s complete interval: 30 seconds work, 10 seconds recovery, eight rounds.

5:20 work setHard
Open session

Choose this session when: you can already hold stance, guard and punch alignment during shorter controlled rounds.

  1. Warm up progressively for 3–5 minutes, including shoulders, trunk rotation and easy cue work.
  2. Complete 30 seconds at a challenging pace that still preserves accurate target response.
  3. Use the 10-second recovery to reset stance, exhale and prepare the next first punch.
  4. Repeat all eight rounds without turning the final rounds into uncontrolled reaching.
  5. Cool down until breathing and movement return toward normal.

Scale immediately: reduce speed or stop the interval when balance, guard return, wrist alignment or coordination no longer repeats cleanly.

Six-minute HIIT entry

6–10 minModerate
Open session

Starting level: keep the work interval controlled enough that the same stance and guard are available in the final round.

  1. Warm up for 3 minutes with easy movement and single punches.
  2. Complete 6 × 30 seconds of cue work at a repeatable pace.
  3. Take 30 seconds of easy recovery rather than 10.
  4. During each recovery, check breathing, wrist position and whether the next round can start balanced.
  5. Cool down and record which round first changed the quality of the movement.

On the next session, change only one variable: pace, recovery or number of rounds.

After-work reset

Use a finite cue session to move attention away from the workday and into one physical task.

8–12 minEasy–moderate
Open session
  1. Choose a comfortable soundtrack and clear the training area.
  2. Complete 4 × 60-second Train rounds at a steady pace.
  3. Walk or breathe easily for 45 seconds between rounds.
  4. Finish before the session turns into a test of willpower.

The objective is an easy start and organized movement, not maximum output.

Controlled rhythm rounds

Make observe, decide, punch, return and recover feel like one repeatable loop.

15 minModerate
Open session
  1. Warm up for 3 minutes.
  2. Complete 3 × 2-minute Train rounds with 60 seconds recovery.
  3. Use the first round for accuracy, the second for continuity and the third for both.
  4. Cool down while noting where the rhythm first broke.

Rhythm here means the sequence of actions inside the round; it does not imply music-to-light synchronization.

The difference between Train and HIIT

Skill clock or effort clock?

Train lets movement quality and repetition organize the round. HIIT organizes the session around changes in effort and recovery. Choose the format by the day’s purpose.
