365 days of manufacturing-defect support.
Eligible KINEPEAK products purchased new are covered for one year from the original delivery date when used normally in a household setting.
What this warranty covers
This limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship affecting the KINEPEAK trainer, controls, or supplied power components during normal household use. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and begins on the documented delivery date.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, insecure hardware, falls, or failure to follow the approved installation instructions.
- Accidents, misuse, excessive impact, abuse, neglect, liquid exposure, improper cleaning, or improper storage.
- Opening, rewiring, modification, unauthorized repair, or use with non-original or incompatible power accessories.
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, lost accessories, or damage occurring during user-arranged transportation.
- Products purchased used, from an unauthorized source, or without reasonable proof of purchase.
How to request warranty support
Contact support@kinepeak.com with the order number or other proof of purchase, delivery date, product model, serial number if available, a clear description of the issue, full-product photos, and a short video when the fault can be recorded safely. Stop using the product if the unit, mount, cable, controller, connector, or power adapter appears damaged or behaves unexpectedly.
Available remedy
After reviewing an eligible claim, KINEPEAK may repair the product, replace the affected product or component with the same model, or provide a functionally equivalent replacement. Do not ship a product until KINEPEAK Support provides instructions. Any shipping arrangement will be confirmed as part of the approved claim.
Marketplace returns
If the product was purchased through Amazon or another marketplace, delivery issues, marketplace returns, refunds, and the retailer’s return window are handled through that marketplace. This one-year limited warranty addresses eligible manufacturing defects and does not replace the retailer’s transaction terms.
Local rights
This warranty gives you specific rights and does not reduce rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
