KINEPEAK FAQ
Direct answers about training modes, Bluetooth music, fixed mounting height, shared use and getting help from KINEPEAK.
What modes does KINEPEAK have?
Train, Challenge and HIIT. Train supports repeated cue practice; Challenge is a single-user accuracy round; HIIT uses 30 seconds work and 10 seconds recovery for eight rounds.
Can two people compete at the same time?
No. Challenge supports one user at a time. Two similar-reach users can take turns and compare their own rounds, but KINEPEAK does not provide real-time two-player battle.
Do the targets synchronize to external music?
No. Bluetooth plays background music from the connected phone while KINEPEAK runs its target prompts independently.
Does KINEPEAK require an app or subscription?
No app or subscription is required for the core session. A phone is optional for Bluetooth music, a timer or a training reference.
Can the installation height be changed quickly?
The height is basically fixed after mounting. Choose the position for the main user’s reach and do not assume quick adjustment between a child and a much taller adult.
Who is KINEPEAK intended for?
The website presents adult sessions, structured supervised workouts for teens age 12+, and direct parent-guided light family practice. The parent stays close, controls the pace and guides one accurate response at a time.
How is the trainer installed?
Select a suitable wall and main-user height, preserve a clear training zone, and follow the installation guide and hardware instructions supplied with the product.
Can I ask a question before choosing?
Yes. Tell KINEPEAK who will train, the main goal, your market and the available wall space. The Contact page prepares a product inquiry for you to review and send.
