Product and training information
The website provides general product, setup, workout, and educational information. Training content is not individualized coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose an appropriate intensity, maintain a clear training area, supervise younger users directly, and stop if movement causes pain, dizziness, loss of control, equipment movement, or unexpected product behavior.
Product instructions and specifications
The product instructions, installation requirements, warnings and specifications supplied with the unit control over general website summaries. Product information may be updated when packaging or model details change. Do not rely on an article or marketing page as a substitute for the instructions supplied with the product.
Marketplace purchases
KINEPEAK may enable links to Amazon or another external marketplace. Current price, availability, seller information, delivery, taxes, payment, marketplace returns, and refunds are determined by that marketplace and governed by its terms. This website does not process marketplace checkout or payment-card information.
Limited warranty
Eligible KINEPEAK products are covered by the separate One-Year Limited Warranty. Marketplace return rights and the KINEPEAK warranty are different processes.
Intellectual property
KINEPEAK names, logos, product imagery, original articles, workout structures, and other original website content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Prohibited uses
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the website to infringe the rights of KINEPEAK or others.
