What Is HIIT?
Understand work intervals, recovery intervals and why the contrast between them matters.
Topic 04 · Timed conditioning
Boxing HIIT alternates focused work with planned recovery. The best intensity is the one that keeps your punch path, stance and round quality intact from start to finish.
Boxing HIIT uses short, purposeful work intervals separated by recovery. Effort should feel challenging, but not so chaotic that you lose stance, stop returning the hands or spend every later round surviving the pace you chose in round one.
